The Oscar Foss Memorial Library offers a variety of programs and services for local seniors including:
– Senior Yoga every Monday at 12:00PM
– Book delivery to homebound residents – contact us at 603-269-3900
– We offer tech assistance for phones, iPads and laptops

NHCarePath: n New Hampshire, there are many paths available to help people of all ages live better in their communities. NHCarePath partners provide a range of information, assistance, and care throughout New Hampshire including services such as: caregiver resources, services for individuals who are aging or disabled, assistance with maintaining independent living, and mental health counseling.

HUD Housing Resources for Seniors: Resources to help seniors with housing needs, including programs to make it easier for you to stay in your home.

NH Department on Aging and Elder Services: Area Agencies on Aging provide assistance with senior benefit programs, social security, Medicare, eligibility for low-income senior programs including home and community services (some states will provide part-time caregiving in the home through their home and community services program), along with:
