Ready to sign up? Here’s how:
Email the information below to ofmlstaff@gmail.com for any resident of Barnstead, NH who is 6yrs of age or older (information must be completed for each individual over the age of 6 requesting a card). All students of Prospect Mountain High School are eligible for a free card by providing their student ID when the card is picked up. Employees of local businesses may also apply for a free card if they provide a photo of a valid paystub.
Please include the following:
- Full Name
- Address
- Age or Adult
- Email Address
- Phone Number
Please remember to complete this information for each family member over 6 who wants a card, and include a photo of a drivers license for each adult requesting a card.
Once we process your information, we will email you your card number and information on how to log into Libby for access to audiobooks and ebooks from your phone or tablet. Your card can be picked up at the library any time during open hours.
