Inter-Library Loan Request

Hands reaching upwards holding a stack of hardbound books against a plain background.

If our catalog does not have the item you are looking for, you can request one via inter-library loan and we will attempt to borrow it from another (public) library within the state.
This process can take between 1 and 2 weeks, depending on availability and the day of the week the request is made.
The duration of time the item can go out for may differ from our regular policy, as it depends on the lending library. The date the item is due back will be noted on the paperwork with the book.
Due to time constraints, we will contact you ONLY if we are able to acquire the item from another library.
Late fees for inter-library loans will be $1 per day.

To request an inter-library loan:

  • Send an email to ofmlstaff@gmail.com with the following information:
    • Your Name
    • Your card #
    • The name and author of the book you would like to request
    • The Name and Year of the DVD you would like to request
