Start your week off with Yoga Monday! Instructor Mary Ellen Shannon offers several classes.

  • Gentle Hatha-Flow runs from 10:15-11:40
  • Senior/Beginner/Chair Yoga is 12:00-1:00
  • Intermediate Hatha-Flow lasts from 5:30-6:50.

Classes are by donation (suggested $8). All are welcome and encouraged to attend, regardless of ability to donate.
